Cancellation and Return Policy
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible within 24hrs. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you may return the product within 30 days for a full refund. The product must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Shipping Policy
We ship our products within Uganda using standard shipping methods. We will process and ship your order within 10 business days after payment. Shipping within Kampala is free and outside kampala will be done upon agreement. Our items will also include a 1 year Warranty. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.
